By accessing or using the Neo Tools service ("Service") operated by NeoLabs ("we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
Neo Tools is a prepaid credit-based AI tools platform that enables users to convert files, extract text (OCR), compress images, generate QR codes, and more. Each feature use consumes a number of credits based on the type and volume of work.
You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including your password, and all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts found to violate these terms. Each user is permitted only one active account.
Neo Tools credits are prepaid and do not expire as long as the account is active. Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical errors on our part. Credit pricing may change with prior notice.
You may not use the Service for: (a) illegal activities or violation of third-party rights; (b) distributing malware or harmful content; (c) reverse engineering or exploiting systems; (d) spamming or activities that excessively burden infrastructure; (e) infringing the intellectual property of any party.
Files and data you upload remain entirely your property. We make no claim of ownership over your content. Uploaded files are only processed temporarily and are not stored permanently after processing is complete.
NeoLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our liability is limited to the value of credits you hold. The Service is provided "as is" without guarantee of 100% availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform announcement at least 7 days in advance.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through mediation, and if no agreement is reached, through the competent District Court in Indonesia.
