We collect: (a) Account data: name, email address, and encrypted password when you register; (b) Usage data: activity logs, credits used, and file types processed (without storing file content); (c) Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps for security purposes.
Your data is used to: provide and improve the Service; send transaction notifications and important service updates; prevent fraud and abuse; fulfill legal obligations under UU PDP No. 27/2022. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Files you upload for processing (conversion, OCR, compression, etc.) are temporarily processed on our servers and automatically deleted after processing is complete. We do not read, analyze, or permanently store the content of your files.
We apply AES-256 encryption for sensitive data, HTTPS/TLS for all communications, and strict internal access controls. However, no system is 100% secure. Please report to us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may share your data with: payment service providers (Midtrans) to process transactions; cloud infrastructure providers bound by confidentiality agreements; law enforcement authorities when required by Indonesian law.

We use essential cookies to maintain login sessions and language preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Account data is stored while the account is active. After account deletion, data will be removed within 30 days, except data that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
If there are material changes to this policy, we will notify you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
